Strategy/Product Roadmap Exercise

Project Background:

For this exercise I documented the steps I would take as a Data Product Manager to develop a 1-year strategy/product roadmap for my newly resourced Analytics Team.

To create this roadmap I leveraged techniques and methodologies that I have employed when leading either digital transformation projects or advanced analytics focused client engagements.
